  • Pippa Green, FRICS FAAV

    Pippa studied at the Royal Agricultural College and is also a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. She trained as a land agent on the Lowther Estate in Cumbria before joining the Forestry Commission in North Yorkshire and Cumbria where she managed their rural property portfolio. Pippa now specializes in:

    • telecoms industry rent reviews, lease renewals and securing site sharing arrangements;

    • managing large forestry portfolios;

    • advising landowners on agri-environment scheme applications;

    • surveying for Natural England’s Higher Level Scheme — Pippa is a registered Farm Environment Plan / FEP surveyor;

    • conservation management, for which she has been awarded the BASIS certificate.

  • Sebastian Green, FRICS FAAV

    Sebastian studied at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and trained with some of the leading land agency firms in the country. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Association of Agricultural Valuers and holds a number of Directorships for several of his client’s management companies. Sebastian spent several years as a resident land agent and is currently involved with the management of 50,000 acres throughout the country including some of the country’s most prestigious upland sporting estates. He specializes in:

    • the management of large and small country houses;

    • acquiring property on behalf of clients;

    • managing large forestry portfolios;

    • rural property consultancy;

    • advising property professionals.
