  • Sebastian Green, FRICS FAAV

    Sebastian studied at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and trained with some of the leading land agency firms in the country. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers. Sebastian also spent several years as a resident land agent before setting up Greens Chartered Surveyors in 2008. His management portfolio has ranged from Sutherland in Scotland to Surrey including some of the country’s most prestigious sporting estates. He also specialises in property sales and acquisitions.

    Sebastian is known for his innovative approach and enjoys solving property dilemmas. He is extremely proud to have been one of the Founding Trustee of the Country Food Trust, a charity feeding people in need. His is also a Director of Tellus Natural Capital, a specialist natural capital consultancy.

  • Pippa Green, FRICS FAAV

    Pip is a rural practice Chartered Surveyor, a Chartered Environmentalist and an Agricultural Valuer, being a Fellow of both the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Pip has over 30 years of rural estate management experience. Her areas of expertise include facilitating land-based projects and advising landowners, farmers and collaborating parties on funding sources to allow them to enhance their natural capital resources.

    Pip endeavours to ensure that rural land is managed sustainably for the benefit of the environment, the people who live and work there and the wider rural economy, while also safeguarding the profitability of the estate and/or farm business. In her “downtime” Pip tries to get out and about into the countryside as much as possible which she juggles with her role as unpaid PA to her four daughters and menagerie of other pets.
